Terms of Service
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Who these terms are with
Syllabus2Calendar is operated by Moore Digital Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By using Syllabus2Calendar you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Syllabus2Calendar.
The service
Syllabus2Calendar reads the syllabi you upload, extracts courses, deadlines and grade weights, generates suggested study sessions, and produces a standard calendar (.ics) file you can import into Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar. There are no accounts: your work is tied to an anonymous session stored in your browser, along with a recovery code you can use to return to a purchase.
Your responsibility to review
You are responsible for reviewing every extracted date before exporting. The service may make extraction or scheduling mistakes. Your syllabus — and any update from your instructor or learning-management system — remains the authoritative source. Always confirm changes announced in class, by email, or in your LMS.
No academic guarantee
Syllabus2Calendar does not guarantee academic outcomes, grades, or that any deadline shown is correct or complete.
Payment
Pricing is $4.99 for Single Course (1 syllabus upload), or $19.99 for Full Semester (up to 6 courses), charged once at the time of purchase in USD. This is not a subscription and nothing recurs. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
A purchase adds upload credits to your session. One credit unlocks one syllabus — its full study schedule and its calendar export. Credits are usable in the session where they were bought and, using your recovery code, for 7 days afterward. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and expire when the recovery window closes.
Unlocking and export are verified on our servers against your purchase record. Attempting to bypass that check is a breach of these terms.
Refunds
Because a purchase immediately unlocks the schedule and calendar export, sales are final once a syllabus has been unlocked. If the service failed to deliver your calendar, charged you incorrectly, or you were double-charged, email admin@moore-digital.com within 14 days of purchase with your payment reference and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the affected purchase. We do not refund purchases because a syllabus contained errors or was incomplete — reviewing the extracted dates before export is your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Upload only documents you are permitted to upload. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass payment, or process files at a volume that degrades it for others.
You keep all rights in the files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them, including sending them to our AI document-analysis provider, solely to produce your calendar. The Syllabus2Calendar name, logo, site content and software remain ours.
Availability and changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; changes apply to purchases made after they are posted. We may suspend access for anyone who breaches these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moore Digital Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including missed deadlines. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Texas.
