Refunds & Returns

This page restates the refund terms in our Terms of Service in short form. Where the two differ, the Terms of Service govern.

What you are buying

$4.99 for Single Course (1 syllabus upload) or $19.99 for Full Semester (up to 6 courses), charged once in USD. There is no subscription and nothing recurs. One credit unlocks one syllabus — its full study schedule and its calendar export.

Sales are final once a syllabus is unlocked

Unlocking delivers the schedule, the Semester Playbook, and the calendar export immediately, so a used credit is not refundable. Unused credits stay on your session and remain usable with your recovery code for 7 days.

When we do refund

• The service failed to deliver your calendar or Playbook.
• You were charged incorrectly.
• You were double-charged.

Email us within 14 days of purchase with your payment reference and we will review and, where appropriate, refund the affected purchase.

When we do not refund

• A syllabus contained errors or was incomplete — reviewing the extracted dates before export is your responsibility.
• You changed your mind after unlocking a syllabus.
• A gift code was shared, lost, or redeemed by someone other than the intended recipient.

How to request a refund

Email admin@syllabus2calendar.com with your payment reference (shown on the download step after purchase) and a short description of what went wrong, or use the support form. Approved refunds are returned by our payment processor to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
